The SurveyNest overview film: the mobile app and Pro, narrated
One app. Three plans.
From a site visit to the bigger picture.
Lite for roof and whole-building reports on your phone. Pro brings the same mobile app together with the web workspace.
SurveyNest on your phone
A whole building, on your phone.
Walk the roof, or survey inside and out, with Lite. Rate each section, add photos and notes, and prepare a report in your company's brand.
From the roof to the room
Record it once. Keep the detail.
A ceiling, an outside wall or a roof section. Keep the photographs and your observations with the part you inspected.
Capture on the walk round
Rate the condition, add photographs and write your notes as you inspect. Lite covers the inside and outside of the building.
A head start on the report
With your permission, AI drafts from the survey you recorded. Open the returned draft and review it before issue.
Your judgement, your brand
AI drafting is a choice. Your findings guide the report, with your company's branding once approved.

Your data
A survey is evidence. We keep it that way.
Originals, unchanged
Every file is fingerprinted when it arrives, so anyone can check it has not changed.
Every change kept
Records are added to, never overwritten: who changed what, and when.
A portal for each client
Each client signs in to their own portal and sees only their buildings, in plain words.
AI only with a yes
AI drafting is optional. Your ratings, photographs and notes remain the starting point for the report.
More on how we look after your data
- Links that end. A link goes to a named colleague who signs in. It lasts up to 7 days and can be withdrawn.
- Delete your account in the app. Your sign-in and profile go at once. Finished reports are kept for 15 years.
- How long we keep things. When Lite opens, photos and drafts are kept while you use it and for 90 days after you stop, with an export offered.
- Your files, your copy. Every original file in one download, and your records as drawings, GIS files and spreadsheets.
- The waitlist. Sign-ups go to a Google Form and are stored privately in Surveys Ltd's Google Workspace. Ask info@surveysltd.com to remove you at any time.
Questions
Straight answers.
How do I get SurveyNest?
Join the waitlist below and we will contact you when access is available. You can also book a call with the team to see a demo.
How much does it cost?
Lite and its 7 days free are on the Lite mobile app plans page. Pro depends on what you look after: book a call and the team will talk it through with you.
Does AI write the report?
Only with your permission. AI can draft from your ratings, notes and photographs. The returned report is a draft for human review before issue. If you opt out, the current service follows a manual preparation route; it does not use AI drafting.
Whose name goes on the report?
Yours. SurveyNest reads your company's brand from your website, and once Surveys Ltd has approved it, it goes on every report: your name on the cover, never ours.
Is the roof on this page a real building?
No. The roof, the 3D model and the survey on the phone are illustrations with sample data, drawn for this page. No client's building is shown.
Yes. The roof maps, the thermal picture and the 3D model come from a real Surveys Ltd survey, shown with the client's permission and without their name or location. The figures are the app's own, measured in the app from the drone map. The survey on the phone is a sample.
