Bigger roofs, with Pro

For large flat roofs and estates, the Pro web app works from a drone survey of the roof:
- A detailed 2D map. Plan areas, lengths and perimeters, measured in the app from the drone map.
- The thermal picture. Flown in the evening and laid over the same map. Brighter is warmer; its colours are not temperatures.
- Suspected wet areas, measured. Found by colour inside each roof outline. Square metres come from the drone map. A core or a moisture meter confirms each one.
- Cut-outs planned. Cut-outs cover each suspected wet area and a strip round it, so the rest of the roof can stay. A person approves each one.
- Drawings out. A DXF of the mapped areas for your own drawings.

Can the report carry our name?
Yes. Your company's branding goes on your reports, once approved.
Can I measure the roof from my phone?
No. Lite records ratings, photos and notes. Areas and lengths come from the drone map in the Pro web app.
Does the thermal picture prove there is water in the roof?
No. It shows suspected wet areas. A core or a moisture meter confirms each one before anyone prices a repair.
Do I have to use AI?
No. AI drafting is a choice. If you use it, the report comes back as a draft, and a person checks it before issue.
